Changing your mind and cancelling a preorder

For standard golfwear bought online as a consumer, you can cancel without giving a reason up to 14 days after the day you receive it. If one order arrives in separate deliveries, this period runs from the day after the last item arrives. You then have another 14 days after telling us you are cancelling to send the goods back.

You can cancel a standard preorder before dispatch. Choosing an advertised size or colour does not make a garment personalised.

How to return an item

Email us for return instructions. You may also send any clear cancellation statement; using our instructions or receiving our approval is not a condition of your legal right to cancel. Keep evidence of when you notified us and posted your return.

Return postage

For a change of mind or a different size, you pay the direct return-postage cost unless we agree otherwise. We cover reasonable return costs for goods that are faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or not as described. Contact us so we can arrange an appropriate return.

We honour return-postage promises made when you ordered. If we did not tell you before purchase that you must pay return costs, we cover them where required by law.

Trying on and looking after your return

You may inspect and try on a garment as you would in a shop. Please keep tags and original packaging where possible and pack returns securely. Missing packaging alone does not remove your legal cancellation rights. Where permitted by law, we may reduce a refund to reflect loss of value caused by handling beyond a shop-style inspection.

Refunds

For a cancellation before dispatch, we refund without unnecessary delay and within 14 days of your cancellation notice. For returned cancellations, we refund within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We use your original payment method unless you agree otherwise.

If you cancel the whole order, we also refund the standard outbound delivery charge you paid. Any extra charge for an upgraded delivery service is not included. Item refunds reflect the price actually paid, including discounts. We do not charge a cancellation or restocking fee for a statutory cancellation.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us if an item has a problem. We will provide the remedy you are entitled to under consumer law, which may include a refund, repair or replacement. The change-of-mind deadline and packaging requests do not restrict these rights.

Personalised goods and exchanges

The change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply to goods genuinely made to your own specifications or personalised, such as a garment with your name or society badge. Faulty-goods rights still apply. Standard Founder Polos and HIGHLANDER preorders are not excluded merely because they are preorders.

For a different size or colour, contact us about returning and reordering; availability may vary. Mandatory consumer rights in your country continue to apply.
