Can I order now?

Yes, listed Founder Pinstripe Polos and HIGHLANDER Crew Wind Tops are available to preorder, subject to the size and colour options offered at checkout. They are not ready-to-ship items.

What is the Founding Pair?

One Founder Pinstripe Polo (normally £34.99) plus one HIGHLANDER (£39.99), with each garment's colour and size selected independently. One qualifying pair per order receives an automatic £15 discount, reducing the combined garment price from £74.98 to £59.98. No code required. The promotion is scheduled to end 31 October 2026 at 9am UK time. Confirm the final checkout total before paying.

Can I order just one garment?

Yes. Founder Polos are £34.99 each and HIGHLANDER is £39.99, subject to availability.

When will my preorder arrive?

Estimated customer arrival is around 28 November 2026. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. Production, dispatch or transit timing may change. Refer to the shipping policy for more information.

What colours and sizes can I choose?

Founder Polo: Navy Blue, Powder Blue, Racing Green or Blackout. HIGHLANDER: Forest Green, Burgundy, Black or Navy. Both styles are listed in S–5XL. See the size selector on each product before ordering.

How do I choose the right size?

Use our measured garment size guide to compare chest and length against a garment you already own. Measurements are in inches with published measurement tolerance. Ask for sizing help if you're unsure.

Is HIGHLANDER waterproof?

HIGHLANDER uses heavy showerproof Taslan. Showerproof does not mean fully waterproof; we do not present it as a sealed-seam waterproof rain jacket.

Can I cancel a preorder or return an item?

Standard preorder orders can be cancelled before dispatch, and statutory online cancellation rights and rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain in place. Read the complete published returns and cancellation policy for how to notify us and return goods.

What does shipping cost?

UK standard shipping is £4.99 for orders of £50 or less and free on orders over £50. Express shipping, where available, is £6.99. The eligible £59.98 pair qualifies for free UK standard shipping. Final options and charges are displayed at checkout.

Does express shipping speed up production?

No. Express shipping only refers to the delivery service after dispatch, not to preorder manufacturing time.
